I met this gentleman on the San Diego downtown waterfront at about 6:30AM on the 16th of July 2010. He was sweeping the pedestrian walkway (the broom is in his hands) and picking up trash. He was as friendly and pleasant as could be, the words on his sweatshirt capture his attitude.
